Who we are

This website is operated by Flag Football Tucson LLC ("NFL Flag Tucson," "we," "us"), the official NFL FLAG league in Tucson, Arizona. This policy covers this website only. League registration and payments happen on our registration platform — see below.

What this site collects

Very little, and none of it identifies you.

• When you browse or download photos in our gallery, we log the album, the photo, the time, and an anonymized session identifier — so we know which photos families enjoy. No names, no accounts, no personal profiles.
• Our web server keeps standard security logs (such as IP address), retained briefly and used only to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies

This site sets one functional cookie: a session cookie that remembers your access to password-protected photo albums. It is not used for advertising or tracking, and it is the reason you don't see a cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.

If we measure site traffic, we use cookie-free, aggregate analytics that cannot identify individual visitors.

Registration and payments

Registration, payments, rosters, and schedules are handled on SportsConnect, a Stack Sports platform, under their privacy policy. We never see or store your payment details.

Children's privacy

This site is directed at parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our gallery statistics contain no personal information about any child. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Photos of players

Gallery photos are taken at league events under the media release agreed to during registration, and are offered for personal and family use.

To request removal of a photo of your child, email info@tucsonnflflag.com. We will remove it promptly.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
